What’s good guys! Training for speed, jumping and track in general should be an enjoyable, fun and rewarding process rather than one that pushes people away from the sport and makes them hate it. I’ve put together a program that focuses on having fun while training and enjoying the process rather than pointlessly putting athletes through training methods that don’t do anything except make them tired while not improving speed or athleticism. Let’s get explosive!

Equipment needed-

•Grass field/ track to run on for 60m

•Med ball/ something to throw that weighs around 5-10 lbs 

•hex bar 

•barbell with weights
